The options below all assume that if the show includes a pregnant Liz, Tom is the father. A couple weeks ago, Megan was reported to be 3 months pregnant. This would mean she is due in May or June. Reply: Yes, that would make it simpler but the poll may provide the creative staff with some feedback on where the fandom is at (and provide the fandom with a sense of what others are thinking) and for that, I think some additional detail is needed.
