Why I thought “the girl” could not be Red’s daughter & why that may be wrong (dates, dates, dates):
The program for the performance of Swan Lake that Red holds in “Mako Tanida” is dated March 22, 1987. The little girl appears to be about 8-12. Could this be Zoë? That would make Zoë 35-39 now. The actress who plays her is 33, but let’s let that go. Here’s the problem. If Red is the same age as James Spader, he would have graduated around 1984 – because service academy members are not allowed to be married or have any dependents. The earliest his daughter could have been born would have been 1985 – just 2 or 3 in 1987. So I’ve assumed the “tiny dancer” (despite the ballerinas’ chatter) is too old to be Red’s daughter. BUT having an 8-12yo daughter in 1987 could simply mean Spader is portraying a man in his 60s (duh).
Anyway, here’s a montage of screenshots of the young girl on Twitter: 1. Stewmaker’s w/o date, 2. Stewmaker’s w date, 3. Watch photo (dark), 4. Watch photo (light), 5. “Tiny Dancer” (Swan Lake scene), 6. Photo Red gave Aram. http://bit.ly/1rDTJEp
